Corporate Responsibility

Corporate Responsibility

We have been part of Long Island for over 40 years. We believe a business that does well here has an obligation to give back.

That has taken several forms over the years. Donating warehouse space. Volunteering time. Building a free hockey rink behind our building. Sponsoring causes that matter to the people in our community. What ties it all together is a simple belief: when your business calls a community home, you show up for it.

How We Give Back

The Ways We Show Up.

Whip Pediatric Cancer

As a Heart of Gold Partner, we support Whip Pediatric Cancer with financial contributions, digital marketing expertise, and operational resources. Whip is a 501(c)(3) funding pediatric cancer research and supporting families at every stage of their journey.

Flexible Arena

A free ice and roller hockey facility located behind our headquarters in Hauppauge. Open year-round, 32 hours per week, at no cost to any team or organization. Fully funded by Flexible IT. No conditions, no fees, no strings.

Allied Foundation Diaper Bank

We donate warehouse space and logistical support to help the Allied Foundation Diaper Bank collect and distribute diapers to families in need across Long Island. Because basic necessities should not be a luxury.

The 1% Pledge

The 1% Pledge is a named commitment framework Flexible IT has signed onto. Giving back has always been part of how this company operates. It is a floor, not a ceiling. Real hours, real help, and real presence in the community every year.

Tusk Lion Trail / Hamptons Pride

In 2021, Flexible IT stored all 12 lion sculptures from the Tusk Lion Trail's Hamptons Pride project in our warehouse before they were distributed across Long Island. We are proud to continue promoting donations to ACCF and their conservation mission.

Glioblastoma Research Organization

In memory of Rob Ree, a longtime friend, colleague, and part of the Flexible IT family. We proudly support the Glioblastoma Research Organization in his honor and in hope that no family has to go through what his did.

Whip Pediatric Cancer

Whip Pediatric Cancer

We are proud to support Whip Pediatric Cancer through financial contributions, digital marketing expertise, and operational resources. Founded by Jordan Belous, Whip Pediatric Cancer is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to funding critical pediatric cancer research while supporting families at every stage of their journey.

From hospital visits and care packages to wish fulfillment and financial assistance through Facebook fundraising, the organization provides meaningful support when it matters most—bringing hope, comfort, and relief to children and their families.

Giving Back Is
Part of How We Work.

The 1% Pledge is a named commitment framework we have signed onto, but the reality is that Flexible IT has always given more than 1% of its time to the community.

It shows up in different ways throughout the year. Volunteering at local organizations. Lending warehouse space. Helping nonprofits with technology challenges. Showing up when something goes wrong and a community needs support.

For us, giving back is not a campaign. It is a habit. The 1% Pledge just gives a name to something we were already doing.
