Even a basic policy, written in plain language, can drastically reduce confusion and risk. And it signals to employees that leadership is engaged and forward-thinking, not reactive.

AI Should Enhance Productivity, Not Replace Accountability

The goal of AI in the workplace should be to automate low-value tasks, not to offload critical thinking. A healthy approach to AI encourages employees to use it as a starting point, not a final solution.

Let AI handle the repetitive work. Let your team focus on decisions, strategy, and execution.

But that only works if the ground rules are in place.
